“Enjoy your break!” If I have heard it once, I’ve heard it a hundred times. Of course, everyone who says this phrase to me means well.

Concerts can be stressful enough without worrying about what’s happening while students wait to take the stage. These are 5 tried & true activities to create a quiet backstage and help students settle pre-concert nerves.
