Join us for a FREE virtual conference for music educators every Monday, June 7–July 27! We’ll cover a wide range of topics packed with practical tips you can use right away in your classroom.

To attend, simply join our conference group on Facebook. All sessions will be streamed live in the group and recorded, so you can rewatch them anytime.

Where is the conference?

Join The Music Crew Collaborative, answer the questions and wait to be admitted.
Once you have access to the group, the sessions will be posted at their scheduled time.
Some sessions will be live and others will be pre-recorded.

When is the conference?

The conference will be every Monday, June 7 – July 27.

How do I sign up for the conference?

You don’t have to sign up! Just make sure you are part of The Music Crew Collaborative, turn on your notifications for the group, and you will see it when it posts.

(Go to The Music Crew Collaborative, click on the triple dots to the right, below the timeline picture > manage notifications > all posts.)

Where can I find the schedule?

The schedule will be shared in the Music Crew Collaborative Facebook group. We will also send reminders via email, which you can sign up for here.

I'm in the group but I don't see the next session showing up! Where do I find it?

You’ll want to refresh your page each time it’s time for a new session to start. If it doesn’t show up right away, wait a few minutes and try again- sometimes it takes a minute for new posts to load!

Can I get a PD certificate?

A printable PD certificate is available inside The Music Crew Collaborative Facebook group.

Where is the exhibit hall?

Check out our Virtual Exhibit Hall to see some of our favorite resources! More products will be added as we near conference time.

How long will the sessions be available?

Sessions will be available until August 1st, after which they will be archived on The Music Crew Website.
